Administration Overview
This is an overview of the options a user with administrator permissions has to add or edit users for their organization in the Ethos portal.
Agency Configuration
The Agency Configuration section gives a user with admin access to preform many different task. Below is an overview of what can be access from this page:
Violation Manger
Users with the appropriate permissions can create, edit, and delete violation codes used by the agency for incident reports and citations.
Using Violation Code Categories and Favorites
To make it easier for officers to specify the correct violation code, Coplogic Ethos allows you to assign categories to codes (examples: Speeding, Commercial, Equipment Failure). Instead of having to search through a lengthy list of codes, an officer can select a pick list of codes in a category appropriate to the actual violation (such as Speeding).

In addition, you can designate codes as agency favorites. These codes show up on a pick list called Agency Favorites when an officer is adding a violation to a report.
